Description

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Small but quiet and comfortable on the outskirts of the city.

The apartment overlooks an internal street, is therefore particularly quiet and is equipped with double glazing. A NEW air conditioning system in the room makes the location comfortable even on the hottest days. Please note that the air conditioning is only in the room, although thanks to the small size of the property the temperature will be comfortable throughout the apartment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
