The apartment is nested in the heart of the city center, in an elegant and quiet neighbourhood that is part of the most famous pedestrian area, just in front the Galleria dell’Accademia, three minutes walking from Piazza del Duomo. The Santa Maria Novella train station and all the important touristic sites are within walking distance. The area around the apartment is well known for its shops, restaurants and coffee bars.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator / 25 steps approx.) and it is suitable for 2 people.

The apartment is similar to an open space with a large living room onto which two large windows open. Light is certainly the characteristic that distinguishes the environment, light that, reflecting on the white marble, plays with the enormous mirror decorated in gold leaf, a sublime example of Italian craftsmanship from the early 1900s. The room is protected by smoked glass, essential for dampening the light without using curtains. The bathroom is in the room. The kitchen is small but extremely functional, always illuminated by a large window. The views are on the cloister of an ancient monastery but it is also possible to see the dome of the Cathedral, literally a stone's throw away.

To avoid misunderstandings, we would like to point out that the apartment IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH AC, the presence of ceiling fans in the room, the high ceilings and the large walls of the historic building contribute to making the apartment not excessively hot in the summer months although naturally, this last observation is of an exclusively subjective nature.
