The apartment is located in a strategic area of Florence, just outside the city center / ZTL and next to one of the most beautiful gardens in Florence: the Giardino dell’Orticoltura. 
The area is well connected by public transport and very well served (various shops and refreshments). Nearby is the Parterre underground parking lot (5 minutes on foot). The city center (within walking distance in less than 20 minutes) and Piazzale Michelangelo are connected by bus.

Nell'800 la piazza era intitolata a Camillo Cavour. Nel 1930, sotto il regime fascista, cambiò nome in piazza Costanzo Ciano.Di nuovo nel 1944 fu trasformata in piazza Muti, solo nel 1945 prese la denominazione attuale piazza della Libertà.

La zona del Parterre, che richiama i tipici giardini alla francese, fu costruita nel 700 dal Granduca Pietro Leopoldo. Si trova il palazzo delle Esposizioni, un centro polivalente per iniziative culturali come concerti, proiezioni, presentazioni di libri, mostre-mercato, ecc.
